Just got a bunch of Windows updates and after reboot I get this.

"AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located
in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll."

It seems strange that an Windows Update would mess around with
SQLite3.dll but that was the only thing I did.

I think Apple needs to take a look at how Google updates Google
Chrome[1] because a 650MB update for an iPod is beyond silly.

2% in 10 minutes, this is going to take a while. It might seem silly
to FAT32 format but it's because I'm going to use it as backup device
